I looks awesome! ^^

Though, not wanting to be mean, but if you want to improve even more, watch out for symmetry and proportion (I suck at it, still XD). The jaw is slightly off, but other than that, the picture is incredible ^^

I love how you made the eyelashes the same color as the hair, and not just black.
